I've got this problem after reflashing my phone with pr1.3 from navifirm but it's still here even after another reflash . I think it's something related to icon cache , any solution ?

    HOW TO FIX :

Did chmod rights to same as other folders and I had all the right icons for installed apps back after reboot

Flash rootfs + emmc, it will start you all over again, but it's ok

    Flashing rootfs + emmc?

I had that problem when I only flashed rootfs...

Edit: restoring a backup can cause that too.

The only problem related to reflashing could be the fact that I didn't run CMD in administrator mode , but I doubt .

Arie was right with the backup hassles, though...
I´m guessing that you did backup after flashing rootFS + EMMC..?
If yes, you simply cannot It messes all up...
so flash again and set your N9 all over as a new device...the only thing not messing it up is contacts transfer after flashing..

add this to the end of your flashing command:

    --erase-user-data=secure

This happens when the home screen displays icons for .desktop files for which the icons do not exist. The home screen loads .desktop files from /usr/share/applications/*.desktop and /home/user/.local/share/applications/*.desktop and stores the order of the icons in /home/user/.config/meegotouchhome-nokia/launcherbuttons.data. The desktop files in /usr/share/applications are (or should be) provided by the installation packages of each application, so reinstalling the applications should bring their icons back. Removing launcherbuttons.data should get rid of any stale entries in the icon order configuration. Removing .desktop files from the user's local applications directory will get rid of icons not provided by application packages.
