I have this problem too. But slightly different. I have those green icons BUT with names/descriptions under them and accessible. The other day something weird happened to my N9. It suddenly went dysfunctional, so I rebooted it. Then it kept rebooting and it said that "Device Not Working Properly". So I just reflashed my N9. Everything was fine until I installed N9Qtweak and I noticed the blue "N9QT" icon wasn't there but a plain green icon was. I tried rebooting, reinstalling the involved apps (as shown in the pics) but to no avail.
If you couldn't find a solution on the last post of the thread I don't know what you are reading/comprehending...its plain simple that the latest post from Vesuri if followed gives you a solution...
