Well, I guess by this time you must have figured on your own that there is no way to do what you want just by editing some config file.

Either you install the application you have been recommended (and configure it as you like, I don't know). Or you do it yourself.

If it was as easy as editing some files.
I would have thought it would have been done by now, instead of using QTLockscreen as a work around.

I have edited some of the text on my default lockscreen, other than that I believe it's a closed package.
