So, this is my first problem of non-bootable N900

    What I had:
    CSSU Testing
    Kernel Power 50

So decided to upgrade to Kernel Power 51
Enabled Extras devel repository and upgraded through HAM - no problems so far.
Installed USB Mode + dependencies - also no problems except that the usb stick filesystem (FAT32) I tested was not recognized...

Decided to install u-boot (to test Nemo) according to the manual at first post of corresponding thread:
Installed these 2 u-boot packages in xterm with dpkg -i
Enabled Extras-devel repo and installed kernel-power-bootimg with apt-get

Now the N900 does not boot up
With keyboard closed it just says "Starting kernel" and then soon the device turns off
With keyboard open it shows the boot menu, but trying to choose there either the default kernel or kernel power51 the situation is the same - it just says "Starting kernel" and then soon the device turns off.
I can boot the Nemo from the sd card.

Any ideas what could go wrong?

    Yes,
    1. Install flasher-3.5 from here http://tablets-dev.nokia.com/maemo-d...-downloads.php
    2. Copy attached kernel where u installed flasher-3.5
    3. Connect phone with holding 'U'
    4. Type in flasher-3.5 console :
    Option A:
    Code:
    flasher-3.5.exe -k zImage-2.6.28.10-power51 --flash-only=kernel -f -R
    It flash your kernel.

    Option B:
    Code:
    flasher-3.5 -k zImage-2.6.28.10-power51 -l -b
    Just loads, not flash kernel.

Choose which way u want, u can only load kernel without flashing then remove u-boot and install older version. Or just flash.

All info that i posted here can found in wiki http://wiki.maemo.org/Updating_the_t...rt_topic.21.29

After installing KP51 and USB mode I don't have access to Internal memory as well to SDCard.

Even as i removed USB mode it seems like there is no memory nor SD.

When I connect the device to a PC as mass storage, it recognize the device and the SD but ask to enter disc to it.

    anyone ?

no insult but this how it should be
I have no malice, I just made about the BUG.

I do not think I should have said "Thank you very much,"

Does the application have a BUG, not allow others to put forward?

    I just tell the truth!

Add that I never use the kernel power

I am only responsible for testing only!
