As many users of this forum i have a problem with my N800.
The application manager cannot download any installation files.
I try wit OS2007 and OS2008, i formatted all the two card of my N800 but nothing.
I wanted to download also the deb file on my N800 but the browser cannot open the Nokia repository pages (for example Skype).
I can navigate in any other site without problems.
Any advice?

I have been notified the same kind of problems in my N800. In my case I removed both of the cards and "voila" I was able to use the Application Manager.

Whats the error message in the Application Manager log?
