Thanx a million to all the devs, mine works 100% well, I deleted the old then installed the new deb, restarted and there!!!! I sent an image shot by my phone to my wife, all worked well. Group chat also shows if someone left the chat.
It only crashed once when trying to change status, not a big deal to me I simply just openned it again and it continued working.
Look here bro, you are saying this and you are not wrong, your point of view is correct, but change it and look how the developers are working hard to release it as soon as they can, they released several dev versions and they are looking pretty deep to fix each and every bug, and this is very hard work, and it's mostly hard because they want to release a full version this time, no Betas anymore, so you have to live with it, if you don't like this, GO BUY A SHITTY WINDOWS PHONE!!! Just like Arie said!!! I don't care if it takes a year, the devs are working very hard and DO deserve a rest.. So don't make a fool of yourself..

Yes ... I had to do a "rm -r /opt/waxmppplugin" because it was "not empty" it could not be removed. And delete of the xxx.db in .wazapp folder as "user".
I also had to do a "apt-get -f install" because of broken dependencies. Somehow python-central 0.6.16+omaemo3+0m6 and python-imaging 1.1.7-1maemo2+0m6 was missing in my case. But now it seems to work.
I hope this description helps the people who still have problems.
