I'm no longer receiving annoying messages from Whatsapp, so this has been fixed? So far I'm loving, 6 hours with it and I'm impressed. Though I try not to mess around with the Settings & My Profile buttons, I'm afraid it will Jam again, though I managed to update my status and picture. There's a lot of other nice minor tweaks I loved, eg Wazapp Log is no longer on every contact if they don't have a picture.. If there's an unread message in chats screen, there's small little numbers showing you how many unread U have, just to mention a few. But it seems people with long status, wazapp stil can't display the whole thing. Messaging bubbles look more native now, with long messages they don't cover the whole space like before, if the conversation is long you get "Load More" button, awesome. Nice work, like Cepi said, it's really looking better than the official, just need a bit of smoothness and speed when scrolling names and when opening.

hey cepi, what about sending photos that are not captured by the camera, i mean downloaded photos or any other photos, because we cant send them either, no matter what the size.

hello cepi,

I tested out with Energy Profiler, battery consumption seemed normal thus far, 25ma, that's my usual consumption so kudos on that.

I noticed vcard sending not working but I think you already noticed that.

I also noticed that when incoming message prompt on the status bar, the avatar of the user is not sized properly and appeared be quite large about the same size as displayed on the contact window. I am using unrestricted UI of course but I never had this problem when using the stable version so I would presume that issue is related to your version.

Finally, is picture sending restricted to JPG because of whatsapp restriction ? Reason I am asking is because I just realised that all our screenshot app is in PNG format, can't send them. Haha

Wazapp sends the original image and maybe it too heavy (or big) for S40 phones. I'll add an option for resizing.

Yes, I can confirm that pics are too much to handle for S40 and Whatsapp resizes them always. I don't approve that.
Wazapp is better because it sends files without changing them.
An option in Settings would be best for all.

Small update
Sending vcards is fixed
Sending the rest of media too (I think)
The problem was the filename needs to be encoded

hi guys, i had uninstalled the 0.26 wazapp version and did type this on terminal "rm /home/user/.wazapp/*.db". I downloaded the link that been given by cepi, but the question is why everytime i click the link it will download the 0.26 version of wazapp. Did i do anything wrong ?
