operator-name-cbs-widget included in the latest CSSU is not working when used with Dual SIM adapter, in a way that when I am switching the SIM the operator name always remains the same. This didn't happened with previous CSSU, when I switched SIMs I always had the correct operator name displayed.
Can you tell me please how to disable this widget? I tried to hide the usr/lib/hildon-desktp/connui-cellular-operator-home-item.so so that it is not loaded, but in this case I have no operator name at all.
Need to confirm this.
But using the non-CSSU version. It produces the same "bug".
@yrannadx:
But as I had this already before with my adapter always from SIM2 to SIM1, I already have a workaround(not a nice solution) in my sim-switcher app (set refhome="home").
wow this good news
freemangordon finaly was able to replace several components of Fremantle virtual keyboard to have fully functional portrait mode support
@ freemangordon
can I test it ? (I am ready to do that) , or it needs more developing ?
Note: Install the Operator Name Widget update prior to updating the cssu, otherwise you'll have dependency problems.
It can be safely removed after the cssu update.
edit: using "Update all" does not work.
The sequence is: install the operator name widget update --> update cssu --> remove the operator name widget if you feel like
Note: Install the Operator Name Widget update prior to updating the cssu, otherwise you'll have dependency problems.
It can be safely removed after the cssu update.
Thanks merlin1991!
Please elaborate on above Note, and emphasize
Will it get installed in right sequence when you choose "update all" in HAM?

[edit] for those who already screwed up:
the recommendation is: quit ham, wait 5 min, start ham, wait, do update opername, quit ham, wait 5 min, start ham, wait, do cssu-t update
