I think whatsapp have problems because today on my nokia E5 it kept connecting and disconnecting on wifi but on 3g it works fine. Maybe related issue ?
I delete my version of whatsapp, then i install the last version of wazapp from wazapp.im (0.2.6) then i install the last version updated for cepi (wazapp-27082012-2015.deb) then i install the version updated here by cepi (wazapp-29082012-1330.deb)
The connecting problem was fixed because itīs not appearing "connecting" but i canīt send or recive messeges, red dot or red clock appears when i send.
Someone has this problem too?
do not mass-sync your contact, leave it unsync or sync the contact you need only
I also have this issue after doing a fresh install of latest build. Anyone know how to get around it?
If U Already Got 3 Digit Code,enter Ur Phonenumber Like Normal At Startup After Latest Deb. It Will Say Failed Etc,choose Enter Manual,type 3digit Code Then Ok.then Do it once More And Accepted.worked For Me.also quit app If Youre Stuck In It And Restart (quit In App Menu).

Edit2:solved deleted .db also after instsll,then i could set profile pic. Sweet.
Then Sync Contacts After This Choosing Those You Want In Ur Wazapp contacts List.

yes quite a few users, including me, have it already. do you have group chats with emoticons in the title or did you mass sync your contacts?
