For those of us waiting from Dec...I placed my order 12/07/07...shows will be here 1/14/08...

I did receive the below with a new shipping date of 1/28/08...I did not reply thinking it was canceled...

"We must receive your consent to continue with this order with the revised estimated ship date above. If we do not receive your consent and your order has not already shipped, the FTC requires that we automatically cancel your order and issue a refund of any amount paid."

So much for following the law...I was going to order the N800, I currently have the N770, this weekend as I had given up on the N810...as they say, "...timing is everything..."

I gave up on Dell after 3 time extensions and I had originally ordered in Nov. The only thing Dell were offering me was a $25.00 coupon to match their reduced price which would have gone to a future purchase and after this experience with them I would have used that on the other side of never. Saved about $50.00 going through buy.com and got the N810 earlier in the week. You just have to have a lot of patience when it comes to ordering from Dell.
