    Hi all ,
I have a problem installing bleeding edge drivers as it s not clear what to use (kernel / loader / driver version)

so could anyone please make a simple tutorial and tell us exactly what do we need ?
    - what kernel version (50 or 51)
    - where to get the drivers and what folder to install them into
    - how to enable the drivers (the driver selector applet is not working)
    - if possible how to set these drivers as the default drivers

    that would be awesome
a wiki page would be a good idea i believe !
    Thanks !!!

You can install kp51 after that you will have :
    Code:
    [user@Sifo|~] /opt/packet-injection-modules/2.6.28.10-power51/
copy this folder to MyDocs to be able to select it from the selector applet, you can copy it by this command
    Code:
    sudo gainroot
    cp -r /opt/packet-injection-modules/2.6.28.10-power51 /home/user/MyDocs/
Then select this folder you copied to MyDocs to load the drivers ( you dont need the load.sh )

I dont know how to make them as a default drivers, but what i know is your N900 battery will drain like a hell while using it so i guess you dont want them as a default

i'll find a suitable place to put these info in wikis
At last, please consider using the power search button to find your way before creating a thread
    Good luck

    ./sifo

In order to Drivers Applet to work you can alsow type this command in X-Term which will point the right path to bleading edge drivers included in V51 Kernel Power. So you dont have to copy them into new location and have the same things twice on Your device.

This line can be found on [Announce] page of Wlan Driver Selector Applet.

    gconftool-2 --type string --set /apps/wlan_driver_selector/driver_folder /opt/packet-injection-modules/2.6.28.10-power51/
