damn Shazam, SoundHound or anything like it...but working...Eyrie is nice but totally non-functional...
still, isn't there any way in the world to simply port it from Symbian without involving the original joints as they both clearly stated it won't happen for MeeGo, ever...?
I'm positive a hell lot of people would pay for that without any hesitation...

I'm interested in helping connecting the dots between user needs, developers with apps published and developers considering what to do next.

I just started a wiki page:

    http://www.developer.nokia.com/Commu...i/Apps_Missing

You are encouraged to help filling it with useful data, editing it directly or posting here your feedback. If you choose to post here please follow this format for easy copy&paste:

    * [http://store.ovi.com/content/ZZZZ App linked to store] - Shortest description.
** Why you miss this app. Is it for a feature that other apps could provide? Is it a specific brand or service you are after? One sentence is enough.

I believe we can get good results out of this!

PS: my work focuses on Qt and http://qt-project.org - hence the interest on MeeGo Harmattan & Symbian apps.

Easy Debian Harmattan provides OpenOffice/LibreOffice (writer, calc, etc), Abiword, Gnumeric, etc.

Java (OpenJDK) is available in Iceweasel/Firefox.

Hello Maemo community, this is my first post. Bought a N9 a couple of months ago, and I love it.

One app that i am missing from the android platform is the MessagEase keyboard. It is absolutely the best and fastest way to type with a smartphone.

If any one of you developers are interested in making it work with the N9, i would donate immediately.

    cheers!
