About audio recording, there is no such native thing in N9.
It would be much appriciated if someone would make an audio recorder and contribute to the project.
first of all - thanks to all the developers for bringing whatsapp to the n9!!!
... my login works fine with the following version:
wazapp-11092012 from CepiPerez (thank man )
but as soon as i try to sync my contact list - wazapp is freezing!
-> not even the contact list is loading when i press "sync contacts"
... im having a huge contact list (1200+)
does anyone have/had the same problem as me?
PS: i cant even close my wazapp through busybox - "killall - 9 wazapp" and "killall -9 python" gives no response ... now my terminal is hanging too and not even ctr+c is working

with dropCache you can see, that the hole memory is decreasing till 0, ram and swap!! an then nothig is going on, nothing, the reboot by it self?!?!
SOLVED: initially wazapp didn't send messages.. and offline messages arrived everytime I get connected..
To send every single messager o receive a new one I had to go offline and re-connect. (I was not able to delete old conversations too)
After a few cycles, all began working.. now it's ok.. I think that it was something related to DB file
It seems that wazapp is optimizing energy in a more efficient way..
People don't panic the latest vesion of Cepi works.
If you updated your Wazapp and you can't sent or receive messages (red bubble when sending)......if you click on a contact you wil see his/her last seen notification is empty, as long this is empty you will not be able to sent or receive messages. Try my steps below,
1: uninstall Wazzap and reboot you N9.
2: delete the .db file in \home\user\.wazapp.
3: start Wazapp, and you will need to Sync your contacs, you will get a error wazapp does not respond do you want to close it yes or no, just wait and the message will be gone or just press no.
4: after syncing restart Wazapp, and when it connects you will get messages that were sent to you some time ago and those are stuck on the server of Whatsapp.
5: Retart Wazapp a few times till you get no old messages anymore, i had to restart it 7 times before all old messages got delivered.
6: close Wazapp and delete the .db file in \home\user\wazapp, start Wazapp and sync you contacts, after that restart Wazapp and you will be able to see the last seen notification of your contacts......and you can sent and receive again.....ENJOY

4. i installed the version from tgalal (thanks man )
5. synced the contacts
6. uninstalled the version from tgalag (i still get the "connecting ..." issue)
7. re-installed the version from CepiPerez
and now its working - with all my contacts!!!

Which tgalal version did you use ? I thought .db format was incompatible ?!

This method works though sending vCard is still impossible because any attempt to read the address book will crash the app
One minor bug I picked up, which was previously fixed and it seems to have returned, Change from 3G to 2G or Wifi leaves the App offline, App reboot fixes it......
One new feature not sure if this is new, tried to screenshot it but it disappeared quick, when U click on Chats, and someone happens to be Writing U a message, the time under the name temporarily disappears and replaced by "Is Writing you a message", super cool man! Thanx Devs
