ok: i have made it. after ive tiped : flasher -f -F rootfs.bin he says : FIASCO ERROR: rootfs.bin: No such file or directory
after this ive plugged in my turned off device but i coulnd see my battery charge

do you have your firmware image downloaded in the first place?

sorry i dont know what firmware image exactly means. do you mean a file like this: DFL61_HARMATTAN_30.2012.07-1_PR_LEGACY_001-OEM1-958_ARM.bin (i have a new n9...this file was from my old n9)

Yes but i think your new n9 is on pr1.3 so 40.2012 not 30.2012...

im so sry that im such a noob....and i thank you 1000 times!!

now i cant run the flasher (because i need to download the new firmware image right?)
after doubletapp in flasher a cmd-window appears and disappears a second later but the flasher dont open :/

Its OK! We all learn

First download the new image and rename it to rootfs.bin and copy it to the place where flasher is installed e.g. C:\program files\nokia\flasher

then run cmd.exe as admin

now in cmd type: cd c:\program files\nokia\flasher\

then type:
flasher -f -F rootfs.bin

I got the latest FW using Navifirm.
Install worked.
Phone is fine ... as it was before :/
Double tap doesn't kiss my sleeping beauty awake :/
Swiping up to access phone or camera also don't work.

This means your flash didn't go thru' successfully...Did you lose all the apps you had installed?

No, I'm glad, not. As I got it from ebay and I'm in testing the phone I just have only 4 or 5 apps - free.
I've just read to copy all files to the flasher folder and to rename dfl$.bin to rootfs.bin - maybe this helps?
I'm doin it as admin. Maybe this time? Stay tuned ...

No way
Phone doesn't respond on double tap. Swiping up for telephony also doesn't work.
It's the first time to me, "Nokia" and "crap" aren't totaly different to me ... :/
