yeah I am unsure of those bulk read errors. You could delete the images that you have and re-download them again as they may have become corrupt somewhere down the line. (possible interruption when downloading or with too many execution attempts?)

Or mu other advice would be to follow another set of instructions, that sometimes works for me when my head gets in a twist

Try following this and use the same images as they advise and copy&past the commands.

This will flash with the vanilla image and you will no doubt have the phone prompt you to update once it comes back up.

...or burn a usb, that is faster.

On pc, use navifirm+ to get the firmware (rx-51) it manages the download it self and its very reliable to get flash files for all nokias directly from nokia servers (nokia care server).
I wold give a try on a 32bit OS, be it linux or windows, as sometimes 64bit drivers may not recognize well the handset.

    Good luck

The files are the same, so use them same way.
If you do the live linux, transport the files on a separate usb, with flasher binary so you wont have to search around.

I got mine 6 months now. At the beginning i wanted to totally reset it by flashing fiasco and emmc and the emmc flashing always gave me error. As i fix pc's, i had one fresh windows installed machine (32bit if it matters) and it went just smooth flashing all the way without errors, with that fresh installed windows. Don't try virtual machines with a failing flash. There is more than the fiasco and emmc software on the phone (rpl and pm certificates) related to the simlock and imei, and those can get damaged/deleted if some wrong info by the drivers get sent to the handset.
