I ordered a new micro sim with my N9. I was suprised to see a "Vodafone Services" icon in the launchers screen and an entry in the event screen. Both are of no value for me. I don't know how this works but I remember such menus from old days which could be deactivated by some *# codes.
I switched to airplane mode and back just to see if a desktop icon in /usr/share/applications is generated, but it is not.
Any hints to get rid of this? Thanks.
