k switch off your device by pressing the power key for 8 seconds...
Run the flasher commands on your PC till a message comes that Suitable device/phonet not found...waiting....
NOW plug in your switched-off n9...Don't plug in till that message doesn't come...

Also your phone is running pr1.3...Why are you attempting to flash with a pr1.1 image?
Get the right pr1.3 image before flashing...

When booting up, it says "This device is not functioning properly" or something, too many reboots, and the problem is xsession somehing.
I tried flashing the device but can't get it into the stance where it's flashed. When I power off the device, and put it to USB, it boots up and tries to flash but then after 5 secs stops it, here's the flasher log:
C:\Program Files\Nokia\Flasher>flasher -F DFL61_HARMATTAN_20.2011.40-4_PR_LEGACY _001-OEM1-958_ARM.bin -f flasher 3.12.1 (Oct 6 2011) Harmattan WARNING: This tool is intended for professional use only.
