I couldn't be patient to watch past 0:54 but head to the N9QTweak wiki and you'll find them...

Only the stanby-screen text was from Billboard; an app from Store...

Everything else is N9QTweak; at least till I bothered to watch...

Hint: Tweak W, Lockscreen mods, swype etc etc... Search using keywords if you are that lazy

Did you even read the wiki i linked to you earlier?

If you did a keyword search on the wiki for music, controls, music controls etc you would have seen its in Tweak T...

Please read the wiki; its slightly long-ish but common you want to tweak your phone this is the least you should be doing...
