Your phone seems to be trying to connect through a proxy to 127.0.0.1 (localhost; which is your phone).
Are you running, or have you set up any sort of proxying program such as privoxy, tor, etc?

In terminal run the following two commands, and post the output:
echo $http_proxy
-and-
apt-config dump

You've definitely got some sort of proxy set up for apt.

Does it work now?

If not, have a look at the contents of the files: /etc/apt/apt.conf, and the files within /etc/apt/apt.conf.d/ for a line that mentions "proxy" or "127.0.0.1" and remove them

Try rebooting and then re-run apt-get update.
If all works ok, then great.

If not, and you get the original issue, you can either keep executing "unset http_proxy" every time you reboot, or track down which config file is setting the proxy.

the problem was in /etc/apt/apt.conf.d/00maemo file.. that there was a line contains proxy 127.0.0.1 so I removed it & Everything is working o.k now

Read post #7 and use any text editor and remove the proxy lines...
