The red light video recording,
I was in class and saw through the window as two girls were kissing, I began to burn but stopped to tell about a bloody red light camera.

Well i would guess if you can find strings that cause the red led to switch on in /usr/bin/camera-ui then maybe you can find a way to disable it...
