If i want to send "<" or ">" the message is empty and the chat partner also gets an empty message
in the older version chat partner was able to see them.
im also not able to see " in the message

You Know, not is possible in this version, sincronize the contacts porperties, example the picture an status, always try to refresh but this part of contact dont change ... any answer....

Is opening received images by clicking on thumbnail in conversation view already implemented?
How about viewing contact images when clicking on it in profile view?
If yes, both don´t work for me...

When app opened via terminal I get the following error messages:
For contact image
For received image:

Anyone knows what is wrong here?

Besides that, in contact profile Media and Groups is always empty - maybe this is related the the above?
And contact phone number is shown with 2 leading "+" when phone number is stored in international format in contacts (should be only one "+") and with 1 "+" when stored in non-international format (should be without "+")

Btw, I have coderus latest version, but had the very same issues with previous versions...

And of course thanks to all the devs involved with this great app! Awesome job!

Can someone tell me which wazapp files and folders I have to delete to have the phone like the factory made?
I just found out: '.wazapp' folder in home/user
'Wazapp' folder in home/user/mydocs

wazapp getting better and better... here three bugs i found in latest dropbox release...

First Pic shows that now some of my contacts has two + in front... not all... so i guess these are the contacts that already had one...
another wihs is if you look at this beautiful profil picture u can understand why i'm asking for an option to set profilpicture from phonecontacts as default...


second picture shows that the image of group chat information doesn't load anymore...
would also be nice to have the possibility to save groups as a contact...


third picture shows how contacts with T are managed at the moment... have the same at B...

I've found out a solution for the "nosound" issue.
I've done just like this:

- Uninstalled Wazapp
- Rebooted the phone
- Removed (actually renamed) the folder .wazapp in home/user/...
- Removed (actually renamed) the folder Wazapp in home/user/MyDocs..
- Installed the latest version on dropbox 17-10-2012
- Rebooted the phone
- Launched Wazapp and syncronized contact list (at this point the ringtone sounds were active again but standby icons were a redsquare)
- Rebooted the phone
- Relaunched Wazapp and.. all worked!

I wouldn't have been able to change the sound from the ringtone list (it sounds according to the chat sound alert in the phone setting), but who cares? It works perfectly now!!

i think i did something wrong,
first i install the lastest version 16102012 and it cannot open,then i try to uninstall, and reinstall it, but all version of wazapp show download file only 611kb, how could i completely uninstall the wazapp?
"dpkg -P wazpp " show no wazapp installed, wazapp folder in /opt also doesnt exist.i dont know what s wrong.
