Just installed cepi's latest build according to the wiki. Upon doing so the app no longer opens, despite a clean install, including a deletion of the entire wazapp folder.

I had the same thing just delete the .db file and it will open again.
I installed the latest version of Coderus for testing and later i installed Cepi latest version and had the same issue as you.
You will loose all your chats.

Suffering from the same issue. Also tried removing the .wazapp folder without any result.
The peril of trying to live on the edge, I guess...
I was mostly hoping for a version where Swype works as it should (inputting things in Wazapp with Swype works -- correcting input doesn't). Still, the version I was using before this one was working really well, so as long as I can get that one back I'll be a happy camper.

I installed wazapp_0.8.11_17102012_Vibra_Languages.deb from https://www.dropbox.com/sh/jb00mbx6tldb33x/G08rB-Goso and I could get the code from whatsapp, but when I try to launch the application I get the following error:
