sorry to interrupt but both the galaxy nexus and xperia p don't have expandable memory which would be hard to adjust if you come from a 64GB n9...I would suggest the slightly dated SGS2 instead of GNex due to expandable memory and a RGB vs pentile (though higher PPI) display...
Just my 2cents
