Hi. I have noticed that when I'm writing new mail in Claws with N810 internal keyboard the space bar won't work. Then when I reply to some mail I can use the space bar correctly. I haven't found other way to write new mail but only use the virtual keyboard. This is something crazy because now internal keyboard is useless in writing NEW mail. Is there anyone else that have same situation? I have been trying to look all settings and so on but no luck. It's everywhere, even in settings when I try to write something in won't give me the space after word. Help, please!
No luck with the search in these forums either.

This has been fixed in Claws Mail CVS.

(In the mean time you can workaround by using the software space key)

markku: a release isn't planned yet, but I'll try to push packages with this fix.

It would be great to have fix for this issue. I have said it before but Claws is best mail application for these internet tablets.

I agree. It works amazingly well with my rather heavy IMAP accounts. The next version suposedly integrates with the LED for new mail as well. I'm really looking forward to that if it's configurable (ie. pick folder(s) to monitor ). As my N810 will be here Monday, I'd love an updated version (with the spacebar fixed) as well. For me this is one of my top 3 apps. (browser, claws, SIP/IM)

I uploaded a fixed package, 3.2.0-2, for OS 2008.

Is the LED supposed to work now? LED notification is an option, and I have it selected along with sound notification. The chime chimes, but the LED doesn't blink.

New package is working fine with space bar now, thanks a lot for this fix! I haven't noticed before that led were blinking but I have also led notification marked but at the moment there's no blink when the new post arrives. Chime works and that is enough for me.

It's supposed to work, yes... If Claws Mail isn't the active application, though.
