However, now the problem that we have to solve is that if I edit name (or whatever) of wget file in SYS folder, in order to modify permission of it, only in this way the permission with which starts N9QTweak allows the installation of wget (and I think others system files, in SYS folder, too).

If that is the case, Schturman maybe you can make a package that renames wget and the other files in your postinst script? That would give it the right permissions to work, no?

    I think so.
In a first step Schturman can create a package with ONLY source of UPDATER edited to wget.deb, and leave the original filename of this one in SYS folder.
Now I will install it and then I, manually, will rename it with the mv command the wget in the SYS folder.
In this mode I think that we can understand if only wget, and/or other files in SYS folder, are the problem (I mean UPDATER packaged in the deb edited by you, and not edited by me with my terminal permission)

Ok.. updater file it's only script, a not a problem... I use here not the full name of wget package, look into the script, I use "wget*" - it enough for installation...
I can create package with already renamed wget package without word "osso"...
I also can add rename command to the postinst script, But it NOT a normal !!! )
    Wait a few minutes...

Sorry for delay, my netbook is so easy.. I need buy a new pc

The process that you need to do:
    1. Uninstall wget
    2. Install N9QT (you can do it over the last package... I think)
    3. DON"T change updater file, it's already a latest version
    4. Go to tweak UU or try download PDF instruction directly after installation (it also need wget) - it start wget installation.
    5. write result here..

    -----------------------------------------------------------

    1. wget name NOT changed + 0755 permission added
    http://dl.dropbox.com/u/17706605/new...0755_armel.deb

    2. wget name NOT changed + 0644 permission added
    http://dl.dropbox.com/u/17706605/new...0644_armel.deb

    3. wget name NOT changed + 0674 permission added
    http://dl.dropbox.com/u/17706605/new...0674_armel.deb

    4. regular package + wget already renamed without word osso
    http://dl.dropbox.com/u/17706605/new...amed_armel.deb

    5. regular package + postinst script have a command to rename wget without word osso.
    http://dl.dropbox.com/u/17706605/new...inst_armel.deb

    Try all of them please...
