One more think about the wget-issue.
START-file have same script as UPDATE-file. START works but UPDATE doesn't.
Is there a difference, how you call those?

if you changed updater file and rebooted it stopped to work.. it's ok. the next version I will package with new updater file and all will work..
Sorry for delay, my netbook is so easy.. I need buy a new pc
The process that you need to do:
1. Uninstall wget
2. Install N9QT (you can do it over the last package... I think)
3. DON"T change updater file, it's already a latest version
4. Go to tweak UU or try download PDF instruction directly after installation (it also need wget) - it start wget installation.
5. write result here..
Maybe for be sure it really work, maybe it better to uninstall n9-qtweakall package too and try this packages..
I still don't understand how only renaming will give you install it without errors

WORKS, You mean works also for other packages inside N9QT like "meerar" etc... ?
Meerar has not aegis problem, but only digsigsum problem, also with installation, as root, via terminal, unlike wget (with osso in its name) in SYS folder that was possible to install flawlessy via terminal.
I think that bash_4.1-3+maemo6+0m6_armel.deb and unzip_6.0-5_armel.deb files inside SYS are not affected by that problem.
In what case unzip_6.0-5_armel.deb is installed?
Uninstall all from tweak T-1, it will reinstall original system-ui. After this try again and don't forget to install option 0 (zero) = unrestricted sys-ui + mt toggle platform.
done this many times, still no use - quick-status-updater can't be installed - "libqoauth_0.97.0_armel.deb: package 'libqoauth' origin cannot be determined -- signature check failed"
