My N800 has stopped turning on. So, I've decided to return it to Nokia for repair through freepost. However, I don't know how I'm supposed to package the N800; what should I include and omit?; should I omit the battery, battery cover, box packaging?

I was told to omit everything but the device itself: no batter, cover, packaging, stylus, etc.

I just had my N800 returned from repairs. I had the LCD module repaired. The turn around was pretty quick. My problem was a bit unique and so I included the battery when I sent it in, just in case the battery was partially culpable. I documented in the request form that the battery was included in the box. But when I got the repaired unit back, alas, no battery!!!! And also, the front cover is not seated properly with the back casing. I am only guessing that the LCD screen now works.
