Your inception not activated!
Run tweak ee again and follow instruction. When it say in red text "now you need activate inception" press enter, after this it will ask you (yes/no), write: yes, then press enter.
You will get message that your phone incepted.
Now go to tweak M and change your UA, wait until it finish refhashlist process.

Been trying few times but when I get to last part to press enter, the tweak kicks me out and re starts the phone.. and I get this

At the bottom It says: Security problem cageis-loader
user/bin/ grob
but I have an option to click OK and once I do that The phone reboots itself and works fine but not WEB.. Darn frustrating..

Yes your refhashlist is screwed...If you just did the reinstall command properly it'll fix things up...You can use inception after the re-installation but you are not doing the command right

I'm confused,, the command you gave me below??
devel-su
{enter your password}
apt-get install grob --reinstall
You can't reinstall until you have inception..
Go to app manager, uninstall inception (all 3packages), reboot and run this command:
devel-su
your pass, default is: rootme
apt-get install --reinstall grob
After this go to tweak ee and do what i wrote before...
PS. If it not help, probably refhashlist ****ed up your system and you need reflash...
