Maybe you can email them and ask if they have this phone in inventory and purchase from there? I swear it's legit. They have this phone somewhere in their inventory...

Here was the email they sent me where I responded with the above IMEI:

I am sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you! We are happy to issue you a prepaid shipping label by email so that you can send the item back to us for full refund.

To ensure a prompt refund, can you please reply and include the phone's IMEI number? It should be located under the "settings" menu.

well, i took the risk only because i knew i could return it if it was worthless.

gazelle is just ******ed. dont let this stop you from assuming other company's arent fukt in the head.

plus, now that im in the shitpile this deep, ill probably get what i want from them {or go crazy}. if you hadnt posted this misinformation, i would have avoided them and had no chance of getting a reasonably priced n9.

also, how could anyone want a 16gb phone w/out an sd card...

Well, I hardly get 5 GB used on my 16GB N9, and I've got an N900 for music, vids etcetera. So it's no problem with the low memory. 64 GB N9's are rare in my country...
