Symbian may be a bit clunky, but the functionality is unsurpassed. WP8 is a whole new OS. Some bugs are unavoidable. Besides, experiencing how the OS matures is half the fun.

The Lumia 920 will be OK, particularly now when Apple starts its downhill race to the bottom of the ocean. Question is, with Android everywhere, will anyone care for anything but android in the long run.

You do realize that you've just complimented Symbian as an OS that never dies, after your own admission that Windows Phone 8 keeps rebooting and bricking devices?

What are you trying to say?

Windows Phone 7 was supposedly a whole new OS. How did that mature? Did it swoon customers in droves too?

Can't say the Lumia 920 is selling too well here. The HTC W8 phone is outselling the Lumia 920 by a factor of 0.00 Lumia 920's per 100.00 HTC's.

That's mainly because Nokia hasn't started selling it yet.

Yep, nothing like the other unnamed mobile OS, which has been in life support through it's entire existence :-P

That said, I like WP much much more than the desktop OS's from the same origin.

it's funny how obsessed you are with WP7 besides WP7.8 is coming any moment now, and after that the natural upgrading will be a new phone with WP8.

Very good day so far, +8% at Helsinki, +4.5% at NYSE. Apparently earlier today there were some good news from Germany, i.e. Lumia 920s sold out. Lumia 920 seems to be selling really well, i.e. they can't make them fast enough to meet demand, and it's still coming to many more markets. I think in the coming days, we might witness a short squeeze, perhaps if it breaks 3 USD.. One can dream.

More good Lumia news is that Amazon have listed it as the top seller on the AT&T network (though it's 17th best selling smartphone over all networks).
