I can confirm that it needs to tap on the emoji icon twice to bring up all the emoji icons in the keyboard area.
One more thing, if using Chinese as input method and bring up the keyboard for typing, the last conversation bubble will be covered by the keyboard area. It only happen when typing in Chinese. There's no such thing happen when typing in English.

And another new problem is , when anybody send you a message and you will open it......you must scroll up to see it , he shows another message or your last send message
The same problem did you have when you will send a picture to another one ( i mean , when you add the picture and you come back to your writing screen , you see nothing you must first scroll up )
