    Sharing 3G with a Mac

    Hi,

I have noticed that the wifi hotspot functionality does not work properly on a Mac, to share the 3G connection. Is there a way to fix this? Or even just connect over usb to connect?

    Thanks,
    Jono

I don't have a Mac, but N9 should work as any USB 3G modem if you connect it with cable and select Sync option from USB mode selection menu that pops up on N9.

If OS X doesn't natively support 3G modems, maybe you can find app that does it. I'm using wvdial in Linux, which works perfectly.

Usb modem seemed to work, thanks, but it thinks its dialup and therefore goes veeeeerrryyy slowly. Does anyone know how to make it run normally?
