Well, I left my N9 downloading a big file from the Internet. An hour later I noticed that phone's screen was absolutely black. I tried to unblock the screen... nothing. As I understand now, the battery was empty. But I thought first the phone was dead and tried to reflash it.

Wow! Then I understood what the reason was. So.. I pressed Ctrl-c and cancelled flashing. After all I executed flasher -R command and connected my phone to the wall plug.
So, is it safe to use the phone with ape-algo image in it's memory? Should I reflash it to be sure there is no vulnerability?

It's not in memory anymore. And it's safe so you don't have to do anything.
