This is very hard to do, and since Whatsapp does not support free voice calling, Wazapp can't do it. Wazapp is based on whatsapp and uses its servers and data. So if Whatsapp doesn't support free voice calling then Wazapp couldn't. I am still a noob so not all of my info are correct, but the idea that I want you to reach is that it's very hard to do it currently, so no.
