I prefer a box type phone having a curve and a slider.

For me its going to be something like the Gnex but:

    5.2inch with little bezel
    front stereo speakers
dual mic (on top and bottom)
    S Pen slot
    Back Camera on bottom
    Kickstand protects camera
    Metal Kickstand amplifies radio signal
    Logo only on back
    4 buttons on right side
Phone can be used upside down, is like mirror image

Well the first phone that comes to my thoughts is the nokia n950. But I am not sure if it does have a curved screen.

    Fold-out keyboard, like Nokia E70.
    Best wishes.
    Happy New Year.

Personally i hate the fact that people refer to different types of phones as form factors but eh

i personally prefer the landscape sliders but ye olde 5800xm candybar sliders will always have my heart
