Yesterday, I tormented my N900 very heavy. Firstly, I connected my N900 via ftp with the harddisk of my TV-Receiver and started to upload some mp3-Files from the SD-Card (20 GB!). Parallel to this I activated bluetooth and set up a connection to my headset. While my N900 uploaded about hours I had a lot of phone calls. Between this calls I listened to my music using the Open Media Player and surfed with Opera (that was not that quick). And finaly I received and answered some Yappari messages.

The N900 did not crashes. It did everything while getting a little bit hot sometimes.

    Wow!

Yup, pretty much agree. I think that there is another client, though, that works much better... I just can't remember the name...

transmission , qtrapids ,rtorrent(terminal only) ,leechcraft(never used this)

The best i would say is rtorrent never caused read only memory problem for me nor hangs up my n900 except on hash check for large files.
Transmission 2.04 does hangs up n900 sometimes and causes read only memory error.

The other day i put 4 simultaneous downloads each of around 500MB in size in microB and it became very slow; decided to wait out the downloads instead of using the device...

    Thumb here but no over-clocking...

There is a reason why i used microB

It worked where my desktop firefox and chrome failed and no QDL not applicable for those downloads
