No, only one desktop environment (LXDE) for each Debian image.
But I think It would be possible to have two images open, each with its own desktop environment.
How might I run different desktop environments? I am also very interested in the hildon-desktop package. I've installed it :P but can't run it. I tried to run it from Debian Chroot, and it messed up my N9 UI, and can't be used. I ran it from H-TOP and it didn't load hildon properly, I'm guessing because of multiple desktop environments.
If not hildon, how about plasma active? Just random thoughts to make this EasyDebian better :P
I'm surprised it doesn't eat the battery! Great on that part!
i have another question, when I logout the debian, then try to connect my n9 on pc, error occur: can't connect to usb memory in use.
then when i open again the debian, my desktop wallpaper is black
need to restart my n9 to be able to connect to pc.also to make my debian desktop wallpaper back

Image or icon ???
Follow the 1st post of this topic. Choose an Debian image (I suggest the debian-m5-v3e-Sci because it is well tested), put it in MyDocs folder, tap "DebianChroot" icon and check if you obtain the result of the last screenshot of 1st post.
