As I've written, in the last version of MeegIM user can make own smileys pack.

Hmm i don't uderstand (unlucky) name. When is it XMPP ONLY client, why name is MeegIM ? IM is ANY Instant Messaging client.

UI not composite with N9 UI. Maybe use QML, but not Harmattan UI. Different logic.
This rotate/flipped pages? .. terrible, ugly effect as WP.
Not integrated with system acounts db. Why i need define xmmp acount twice?
Connected only to first accout ? I use 4 xmpp accounts in one time ..

Yes yes, I know, that sometimes that animation work slowly. In the future versions I'm going to make something different. It should be easier. Yes, it is using different logic, it is not harmattan UI.

This will never happen. I will not integrate it with system accounts and you don't need to define it twice. Just uninstall the app.
The reason: it will be easier to port the app to other platforms.

Yes, you are absolutely right. This is one of the shortcomings of this app. But in the struct of the app I made possibility to connect to several accounts at the same time. But it is not implemented yet.

Anyway, thanks for your comment. I always try to improve the GUI. But sometimes it is not very good improvements.

A new version is avaliable. Now it is 0.4.4.

ChangeLog:
* templates of accounts were added (xmpp; gTalk, Yandex)
* a long-tap menu was added in the roster
* a long-tap menu was added in the chat window
* background was changed
* In the menu of the chat window "leave chat" item was added

feature request:

can you make the text input line smaller on the landscape?
and add the 4 icons (smaller ones) now I have to keep turning around my device (using N950)
