On your phone built-in web browser:
-download zip from here
-open your filemanager, for example Filecase or Filebox
-go to /home/user/MyDocs/Download and open *theme.zip
-click "Extract files" and go to /home/user/MyDocs and click "Extract here"
-close filemanager
-open terminal
-write: devel-su and press enter
-write: "your_password" (original is rootme) and press enter
-write: sh /home/user/MyDocs/.keyboardtheme/install.sh and press enter

If something went wrong so rectify.

"No such file/directory" means your extraction wasn't done right... You probably have one folder extra; please check the previous page or the script on how the order of your folders/files should be...

Your output seems alright... Maybe just copy the .png files manually to destination "/usr/share/themes/blanco/meegotouch/images/theme/basement/meegotouch-virtual-keyboard/"

I haven't tried out the script but at first viewing it seems fine... Also are you using a custom theme which provides its own keyboard?
