    downloaded and installed. i guess i have to use this via terminal like in the example in the movgrab thread. there isn't any detailed instructions i can read somewhere is there? maybe I'll be able to figure it out.

    If you want a GUI-based downloader, you can try my QDL. It's free and supports downloading of YouTube videos and playlists (plus other sites/filehosts).

    this movgrab isn't working for me so far. here's what happened:

    ~ $ -bash-2.05b$ movgrab -T http://m.youtube.co
    m/watch?v=X9uk9IcoQ0w#
    -/bin/sh: -bash-2.05b$: not found

    not only does it work, but faster than i could say color me purple pokadots. why is it that the browser doesn't stream so fast?

    Are you reading at all what you type? Or giving two thoughts about why and how?

    Tip: Run movgrab instead of copy pasting someone's bash prompt.
