After the Nokia logo the device TURN OFF !!!

if phone was fully erased (so it was) you can now mount the device back to PC like on the very start and DD the IMG files back to phone.

The phone does not boot. It remains showing a "nokia" on a black screen.

this seems to me like hardware malf
maybe one nand block is damaged or even ram.

from experience with nokia phones, at booting, when some file offset can't be reached or service started on that offset doesn't do desired action, loader will stuck into loop. that's with symbian loader, but i am very sure it's same case with nolo

okay, stop switching phone. turn it off, disconnect from PC. do the first step with mounting the device with flasher when connecting it. does that work?
