    Try to look in 'top', any grob/fenix/etc process stuck in background. Then kill the procss. Reboot also works, at least for me

    Thedead1440,
    I just did a full flash but it did not help either. Do you think that I should try another Pr_005 firmware?

    On the advice of a friend, i used QAD cleaner to delete the cache of the phone and the camera came back to life.

    I have also same problem, No response from camera. Qad cleaner or reboot does not help. Cameraplus or any other camera app does not work.

    Metsämies,

    Type "camera-ui" in terminal and post the output here...

    This just started happening to me this week.

    I did this and i got a "failed" then a "launched" all from one attempt. The camera still failed to open (I still got a not responding error).

    I'm sorry I dont have the exact output. I restarted and it came back. However, the same thing happened just two days ago, so I know the problem isn't fixed.

    I had the same problem and gave it to nokia care point because of that. All they did in the end was reflashing, so i guess its a software issue

    BusyBox v1.20.0.git (MeeGo 3:1.20-0.2+0m8) built-in shell (ash)
    Enter 'help' for a list of built-in commands.

    ~ $ camera-ui
    MApplicationService: registerService() registering failed
    MApplicationService: Calling launch() in otherapplication with service : "com.nokia.maemo.CameraService"
    ~ $
