Seriously man, why did you buy n900 if you don't want to learn basic things..or at least read it??

You can collect 900 000 beacons, you will NOT crack wpa password

but when i uninstall cleven and recently installed a newer version, it gives me 3 options in the Drivers option (see attached photos). Is 4.1-1 a stable version?

    - i got kp50.

by the way i am new to maemo talk.
Uninstalled and reinstalled latest stable version (2.5-1) on KP50 and having same issue; MAC Address not shown and no way of loading drivers.. Any ideas?

You must have gotten the 2.5-2 version.
In any case start it from the x-term and post any errors you see.

Seems like it doesn't manage to load the drivers correctly.

Well, starting cleven from x-terminal the problem appeared:

    Code:
    ~ $ cleven
    Version of Kernel found: 2.6.28.10-power50
    Version of drivers chosen: -v2
    Password:
    Password:
    Sorry, try again.
    Password:
    sudo: 1 incorrect password attempt
    Password:Traceback (most recent call last):
File "/opt/cleven/clevenMain.py", line 92, in showConfigureDriversDialog
File "/opt/cleven/clevenMain.py", line 371, in __init__
File "/opt/cleven/clevenMain.py", line 477, in getMAC
    KeyboardInterrupt
Shortly, when I press "Configure Wlan Drivers" I am prompted for a password... I need to say that I created a root password to enable ssh access to device, anyway it seems it's not same password (maybe user's one? But I did not set it). I tried to blank root's password or to execute cleven as root, but it won't start.

Last thing to say, in about screen I see version 2.5-1

    Thanks for quick reply

    Hi,

Could you follow the following steps:

    1. open the application manager
    2. uninstall cleven
    3. close the application manager.
    4. open the application manager
    5. install cleven
    6. open log - copy/paste here.

looks like the entry in the sudoers did not happen.

Could you tell me where I find the log at point 6? (maybe I should install via apt-get?)

    Thanks.

    Thanks.
In the application manager, clicking on the top should give you a menu.
One of the options is the log.

the apt-get method is better, but i didnt propose it since it needs you to become root. If you prefer that let me know to give you some instructions.

The last lines show the error - as suspected the sudoers file does not install correctly.

could you post the output of:
    Code:
    ls -al /etc/sudoers.d/cleven.sudoers
    ls -al /etc/sudoers.d/
PS: it is difficult for me to test as I don't have your kernel version. If there is no real reason for staying to the old version, then you should upgrade to the latest supported kernel.
