This means that for some reason, /home and /opt cannot be mounted.
It's the same LED pattern you see when you boot Maemo for the first time (while it optifies)
Boot into RescueOS, run fsck on /dev/mmcblk1p2, try to boot, and if it's still bootlooped, back up /dev/mmcblk1p2 (use cp -a), make a new filesystem, and copy it back.
