Ok, i did this test again, restored previous version, removed tweak T-3, full refresh, installed again tweak T-3, updated to 9.7.0, updated unrestricted via T option 0, activated 11 & 12 and installed netspeed. All work perfectly and status bar not broken.. Only netspeed on/off and when online still not work for me..
