There is a free trial for a week but it seems to be unstable (see above #398)

It is the same for fMobi for Symbian also. I have sent a mail to JiiKoo about this but no response so far.

This app is constantly broken. Not just for Maemo but for Symbian as well. I don't really think it's the developer's fault. It seems like FB changes its API once a week. Still tho, it seems like this app is not maintained. There seems to be someone taking care of the Symbian one but not the Maemo one. Guess that's what happens when you use a dead OS. I doubt it is worth the trouble nowadays to maintain it. Too bad. Wish I could dev, maybe I could make a good app for FB for Maemo that wouldn't break all the time. Something open that people other than myself would be able to fix if I got hit by a truck or something.

You should try out Friends, a fb client for the N9

Quite so. I wouldn't mind if it was a free app. But I expect a paid for app to actually work.

Agreed. I actually paid for this and it worked for about 3 days. Seriously? Lesson learned I suppose. $2 taught me to never support niche devs.
