That looks great! I have a wi-spy and often use it for troubleshooting wi-fi connectivity issues for various people. If I could ditch the laptop and only use my N810 I would be in heaven.

And people would be really impressed with my professional pocket analyser. I'll have to keep an eye on this one.

chmod 755 spectool_gtk, and make sure you are running it as root. Does it just stop or print messages in the xterm?

Hey tz1, I notice a lot of gtk related error message when starting it. It does start, but always freezes and reboots on the selection screen. I never get to the point where it is actually graphing data.

You cannot 'simply' execute something from mmc2. Move it to the internal flash.
For example in /home/user/

Yes you can, but not by default for security reason.

You need to remount it and allow execution:
mount /dev/blkxxx /media/mmc2 -o remount,exec

I'm not sure what is wrong - I don't get GTK errors (or no large number), and it just comes up. But I'm in developer mode and red-pill mode. And I usually start it just after rebooting and make sure it blinked when I inserted it before starting it up.

Also try the text mode version (_raw) and see if it comes up.

Thanks guys, the move did it.. I didn't realize I couldn't run from the media slot by default.... Now if I can just figure out how to get it into full screen mode.
