A quick post for those having issues getting this app to work:

I had to download, uninstall, and re-download the app in order to get it to work at all, but now I have it working perfectly on Dropbox, Flickr, and Google Docs. The only other setting I changed was to deselect the resize photo option, since nothing worked when that option was selected.

Hmm where is the logfile located? I'm having an issue whereby suddenly FotoShare has stopped working; opening the app shows that the switch for "Activate FotoShare for N9" is toggled off.

After I toggle it on and close the app no uploads are done so i open the app again and its again toggled off. I tried doing a connection test and it uploaded the test file on my Dropbox so I don't believe there is something wrong with the link between the app and Dropbox but more like there is an issue within the app that makes it toggle itself off on its own.

I had the same issue. An uninstall and reinstall cleared everything up.

Thanks for the tip I would want to do that but I think there is some issues with the app that AlphaX2 may want to look at.

For everyone else:

I thought there are no bugs anymore, you showed me the opposite!

At the moment I have very less time to code, PLEASE report bugs, wishes, ideas at:

https://github.com/AlphaX2/FotoShareN9/issues

Next thing (if time for this) is updating FotoShareN9 with bug fixes, and box.net service added, also porting FotoShare to Sailfish and if possible to BB10 is the plan. I think I can start with it in April/May.

@thedead1440: Hi, the bug you are confronted with is solved with 1.6.1 and only related to 0.9.7, the output says exactly what the problem is:

You've deleted a file, that was set to the "upload later cause I'm offline/not connected with wifi" list. Trying to upload this deleted picture causes trouble.

Please read first post, that should solve your problem.

Okay in the settings I can see that Dropbox is not in the list. So please do the following: start it via Terminal and do the whole registration process and post the complete output. You can also mail it, if you want.

I think we'll find the problem, don't know whats wrong there. Did you also tried to reinstall FotoShare?!

i'm very sorry that you have so heavy problems.
