According to http://nymgo.com/EN/download/linux neither Maemo nor MeeGo are supported, so I think you won't be able to use it on your N9.

.sis installer is for Symbian, not Maemo/MeeGo, so it won;t work.

Sorry, I didn't see that. There is no app from Nymgo for Maemo OS.
So try to use the built in feature from your phone.
Go to the settings and configure the sip settings with your username password.
