That does not apply to the pre-order of the phone I guess, it applies for the markets.. If you want to buy one and not actually pre-order it.

I'm the only one in Lebanon who pre-ordered. What do you think is the answer? Plus, I contacted Jolla, they said that it depends on the demand coming from the country which decides whether it'll be available or not. They don't have a final answer till now, and seeing that I'm the only one who pre-ordered, I guess it's a NO!

Well, it's an approximate answer, since no Lebanese other than me here has pre-ordered, and NO ONE has ever heard of Jolla among all the people I know, and when you talk to someone on Facebook and mention it, they say "Uhm, what's that?" You tell them "It's a new phone launched which will make a fortune for its company", they tell you "Oh, no man I don't give a f*ck about it I would rather buy an S3 because everybody else has it." AND I SWEAR THAT'S HOW LEBANESE THINK.
